Welcome to Endless Summer!This precious 1-bedroom townhouse style condo has it all!You enter the condo to the spacious living/dining area, and the well appointed galley style kitchen.There's a small balcony off the living room,the perfect spot for your morning coffee.Up a few stairs-the large bedroom & full bath with tub/shower combination & vanity as well as a walk-in closet and full sized washer/dryer.The complex also has a pool available to all guests at the complex, and there is a grill available if you'd like to prepare your meals outside.

We're thrilled to share this condo with up to 4 guests. It should be noted that to access the restroom you must go through the upstairs bedroom, so it's something to consider if privacy is a major concern for those sleeping upstairs.

There is a flight of stairs to get to this condo - it is a second floor entry and there is not an elevator.

The Palms at Cove View assesses a community fee (which we will collect) of $35.00 per rental. They also require that we provide them with the make, model, color and license plate number of the vehicle you will be driving (each rental may have one vehicle at the premises) and a copy of a government issued, photo ID for each guest 18 years of age or older. We will ask that you provide these to us by email.

We provide a starter supply kit of toiletries, dish cleaning products, paper products and coffee. These are intended as starter supplies and may not be sufficient for your group for the entire stay - but then again they might. They are intended, however, to get you started as you get the lay of the land, make your menus for the trip, locate the stores that suit you best, etc.

We also provide high quality bed linens and bath, hand and wash towels for each guest that the property accommodates. We do not provide beach/pool towels and we do ask that you please not take our towels to these areas as they can be damaged or lost. Thank you for your cooperation.

This complex requires that we provide them with the name of each guest who will occupy the unit, and a copy of a government issued photo ID for each person 18 or older who will be there, along with the color, make, model and license plate of the vehicle that will be driven to the property. Please provide this information to us by email so that we can properly register you as guests at the complex. The complex will fine the owner $200 per day for failure to comply and this fine will be passed on to the renters. We don't make the rules - we just play by the rules that they tell us we must follow.

WE ARE UNABLE TO SEND YOUR CONFIRMATION INFORMATION AND CHECK IN INSTRUCTIONS BEFORE ALL OF THIS INFORMATION IS RECEIVED IN OUR OFFICE.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
