The $100.00 cleaning and damage waiver fee includes check-out cleaning and a damage waiver for accidental damages up to $1,500.00.
The Victorian Owners' Association charges a parking fee of $23.00 plus tax per vehicle for stays of one to fifteen days and $46.00 plus tax per vehicle for stays of sixteen or more days. This fee is paid to the complex at check-in. At this time, the staff will provide guests with the WiFi code, parking permits, and wristbands to access on-site amenities.
