Welcome to Ocean Vista-an amazing 2nd floor condo at the Dawn Condominium Complex that has both pool and gulf views from the balcony!The one you've been searching for is RIGHT HERE! Full kitchen, all full-sized appliances including laundry in the condo, access to 2 pools, a fitness room and of course directly across Seawall Boulevard from the beach. Enjoy morning coffee watching the waves & the gulls, call the family in from the pool from your porch.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

The complex (not us) charges $40. per vehicle per stay from 1-3 nights, and $50.00 for longer stays. Tax is included. This can be paid at the office of the Dawn Condominium complex upon arrival, or they also have a QR code posted when theie office is not staffed.

What's included: Bed linens for all beds, bath, hand and wash cloth for each guest that the unit welcomes. We do not provide beach/pool towels and we do ask that ours not be removed from the condo and taken to the beach or pool. They can get damaged or lost.

Starter supplies: 2 rolls of 2-ply, quilted toilet paper, a roll of paper towels, a dishwasher tablet, small dishwashing liquid, sponge, 2 small soaps, 2 small shampoos, trash bag, and coffee including sweeteners, stir sticks, powdered creamer to make that first pot. These are not intended to last your entire group through your entire stay - but to get in, get situated and figure out where you will shop for what on the island.

The Dawn Condominium Complex charge $40.00 per vehicle for stays of 1-3 nights and $50.00 per vehicle for stays of 4 nights or longer as a parking/resort/amenity fees. This is not a charge from My Galveston Getaway and is paid directly to the complex upon your arrival. They will issue a parking permit and may issue wristbands that identify guests who are authorized at the complex. They will also provide guests with the codes for the gates to enter the property - both drive-through and walk through.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $100.00 taxable cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 14 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
